• Create, manage, and ensure adherence to the Program Master Schedule.
• Lead the Risk Management Process with the North American PMO, identify & assess risks and manage action plans.
• Responsible for NRC program budget submissions, monthly cost & margin tracking, budget control and reporting.
• Track scope evolution and identify scope creep; support NRC cost recovery initiatives with Commercial group.
• Define Statement of Work, Work Breakdown Structure, Cost Breakdown Structure, Resource Breakdown Structure and validate Work Package Agreements.
