Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Program Manager to lead our Specialized Supportive Housing programs. This is the opportunity to meaningfully impact the lives of our Persons Served while driving excellence in program operations and service delivery.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure successful staffing and supports to our Persons Served. You will empower teams with trauma-informed leadership while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
