Program Driver- Lead Coach

Overview One accountable owner (“bus driver / professor concept”) to operate the program, coordinate experts, and keep execution moving. Responsibilities Convert “raw content” into a structured learning journey without over-investing in fancy/costly packaging early. Maintain content organization in the existing tools (SharePoint / current setup) while program matures. Own the weekly operating rhythm of Technical Learning Paths (cadence, cohorts, check-ins). Deliver Training/Coach trainees on general topics (Weeks 1, and 7 to 9). Coordinate MEP Trade Coaches and Specialty Mentors during the Technical track for the training. (Weeks 2 to 6) Coordinate additional SMEs/experts participation (bring experts “onto the bus” when needed). Maintain the curriculum/learning journey updated to reflect actual team workflows, new software, tools and process updates.
