Parsons is actively seeking a Program Director with experience leading Roadways/Highways design-build projects for the Ministry of Transportation in the Greater Toronto Area.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a seasoned Regional Highway Lead to grow our business in the GTA. A candidate with hands‑on project management experience for at least three to five large Ministry of Transportation (MTO) detailed design highway widening and/or interchange modification projects can shape this position and the group to a model they know is successful. In this role, you will oversee and manage the overall civil design team on both conventional and design/build projects for MTO highway programs and play a key role in growing our business with the MTO. Supported by a strong design team, the Regional Highway Lead will manage design projects upon award.
