Program Coordinator – Housing First Program

Position Type: Contract, full-time, 35 hours per week. Contract ends March 31, 2028. Salary: $63,345 – $76,704 per annum (based on experience). Evening hours and weekends may be required. Closing Date: June 5, 2026.

Location

The Program Coordinator will work from the Aurora Office at 15150 Yonge St, Aurora ON L4G 1M2 on assigned days of on-site work and will perform community/client visits with regular travel in York Region & South Simcoe.

Job Profile

The Program Coordinator collaborates with the Manager to coordinate mental health, housing, and financial support services, manage client referrals, support immediate financial requests, coordinate with third parties (private landlords, moving companies, insurance, cleaning services), and provide direct mental health support to housing clients.
