This role is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. The Product Operations Lead leads inventory shifts, oversees all back of house (BOH) product operations, ensures the floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts. The role also delivers a world-class guest experience when scheduled to work on the floor.
