Overview

Join our team as an Organizational Health Solutions Consultant (Bilingual), where you'll leverage your expertise in health and wellness strategies to drive impactful business and health outcomes. In this role, you'll act as a problem-solver, supporting clients in selecting and implementing the right solutions to enhance well-being within their organizations. You will use data-driven insights to deliver targeted solutions and monitor results, ensuring meaningful improvements for our clients, individual members, and the Manulife business. Responsibilities

Assess and Measure (25%): Leverage rich dataset to assess organizational health, proactively identify solutions, set targets, and provide ongoing reports on progress. Design and Execute (25%): Support large clients in their organizational health needs by identifying opportunity areas, designing strategies for success, and navigating sponsors to the right tools/services/products for their needs.
