About The Role
Reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain on all matters. The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the receiving process of materials and supplies.
Duties
- Communication order acknowledgement once order has been received;
- Receive incoming shipments of materials and supplies, verifying quantities and inspecting for quality and accuracy;
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate deliveries;
