Process Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Process Engineer with a strong lean manufacturing background. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the Process Engineer will develop, implement, and optimize production processes. He/she will have a large playfield to make great things happen. He/she will have the freedom to define processes, create material flow or pull systems, and lead continuous improvement projects. This individual will lead operational projects including the development of metrics to drive the right behavior, leadership coaching and training on new tool/process usage, data analysis and proposal of new business solutions. He/she must be able to create momentum and excitement to implement changes on the shop floor, have entrepreneurial thinking, be a self‑starter and should be able to identify areas for improvement and implement them in a timely fashion.
