Job Overview

Process Development Associate will support the design, development, and optimization of scalable production processes to advance STEMCELL products. The role includes process design, analytical characterization, scale‑up, technology transfer, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure product safety, consistency, and quality across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, optimization, and implementation of scalable production processes under supervision to meet project timelines.
• Perform analytical characterization of raw materials, in‑process components, and finished products following established SOPs.
• Support the design and execution of process development studies, bench/pilot scale scale‑up, and experiments to optimize analytical methods.
