Practice Architect, M365/Workforce AI

Role Overview

The M365 / Workforce AI Practice Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for shaping, delivering, and evolving Microsoft 365 collaboration and workforce AI solutions. This role strengthens customers’ digital core while enabling their AI journeys, driving consistent, high‑quality delivery, and translating modern collaboration, cloud, and AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 collaboration and workforce AI solutions including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Voice, and/or Power Platform.
• Lead complex collaboration transformations including tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and large‑scale SharePoint migrations.
