**Amergis is Hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for the 2026–2027 School Year in Santa Maria, CA**

**Position Highlights**
+ **Local Pay Rate:** $70–$88/hour (dependent on experience, district, and caseload)
+ **Travel Package (50+ miles):** $3,839/week
+ **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
+ **Caseload/Grade Level:** To be discussed during interview
+ **Contract Length:** August 2026 – June 2027
**Position Overview**
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the school setting is responsible for conducting student evaluations and providing therapy services in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders.
The SLP will document services, monitor student progress, and collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student communication and academic success.
