Plant Manager

Job Summary

• Proven and demonstrated experience in leadership of people and manufacturing
• Must have strong understanding of electrical manufacturing and products
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (electrical/mechanical assemblies and motor assembly is preferred)
• Knowledge of 6S Lean Manufacturing is required
• Experience with and knowledge of understanding and interpreting financial reports – using them to make business decisions
• Knowledge of Mexican tax and labor laws
• Requires a mindset of continuous improvement
• Ability to influence and lead multidisciplinary projects
• Management of multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership and culture development experience and skills
• Must be able to communicate in English at a high level – with customers, suppliers, peers and leadership
