Plant Controller

Summary Core Molding Technologies is seeking a Plant Controller to serve as a key business partner to plant leadership, driving financial performance, cost control, and operational decision-making. This role is responsible for overseeing plant-level accounting, cost management, financial reporting, and internal controls, while providing actionable insights to support production, profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance and support operational decision-making

Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial results, KPIs, forecasts, and annual operating plans

Lead plant-level cost accounting, including variance analysis, standard costing, and cost improvement tracking

Ensure accuracy of inventory, bills of materials (BOM), and product costing

Monitor and reconcile inventory, production, shipping, and returns activity
