PLANNER - RELIABILITY SERVICES

The Service Planner – Reliability is responsible for ensuring the effective planning and optimal deployment of current and upcoming mandates, while taking into account all assigned resources. To achieve this, the Service Planner works closely with sales, management, engineering, and consulting teams, providing ongoing follow‑up with internal and external clients and communicating the information required for the preparation and execution of mandates to all relevant stakeholders.

What You Bring To The Table

• Plan and organize mandates within the planning tool, assign resources, and ensure the distribution of the information required for execution.
• Participate in the various stages of mandates (pre‑planning, kickoff, follow‑ups, and reviews) to ensure efficient execution and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date availability of technical resources (vacation, training, and banked hours)...
