About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to manage payroll operations for our employees based in Campinas. This role requires expertise in Brazilian labor law, tax regulations, and payroll systems to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Your responsibilities and tasks

Payroll Processing

• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions accurately.
• Handle salary advances and loans when applicable.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations.
• Prepare and submit monthly government reports including:
  • CAGED reporting for hiring and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate records for labor inspections and audits.
  • Calculate and remit social security contributions (INSS), FGTS, and income tax withholdings.
