    • Job #4668 – Incredible opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a well-respected organization on a full-time basis! Reporting to the Director of Finance, the selected incumbent will be tasked with the timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll while managing and mentoring the payroll team. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager who is able to naturally find ways to improve processes while working closely with their team. Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage bi-weekly payroll and ensure accurate deductions and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Provide guidance and supervision to payroll staff, conduct performance reviews and develop workload, priorities and goals and provide ongoing feedback
  • Ensure payroll system accuracy and implement applicable controls and audits, assist with any system upgrades or modifications
