Opportunity Description

  • 7 years of experience in Sales Performance Management / Sales Incentive Compensation
  • Strong understanding of
  • Sales commissions, incentives, and bonus structures
  • Crediting logic, quota-based plans, and performance measures
  • Sales organization structures and hierarchies
  • Experience working with incentive calculation runs, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Ability to analyze incentive issues and explain calculation logic clearly to business users.
  • Redwood UX for CX
  • Knowledge of User Roles, Privileges & Custom Roles
  • Knowledge of AI Agent Studio
  • Strong functional and analytical skills with attention to detail

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion CX Sales, Sales Cloud, or related modules
  • Experience integrating sales transaction data from upstream systems (e.g., ERP, CPQ, external sales systems)
