Opportunity Description
- 7 years of experience in Sales Performance Management / Sales Incentive Compensation
- Strong understanding of
- Sales commissions, incentives, and bonus structures
- Crediting logic, quota-based plans, and performance measures
- Sales organization structures and hierarchies
- Experience working with incentive calculation runs, validation, and reconciliation.
- Ability to analyze incentive issues and explain calculation logic clearly to business users.
- Redwood UX for CX
- Knowledge of User Roles, Privileges & Custom Roles
- Knowledge of AI Agent Studio
- Strong functional and analytical skills with attention to detail
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion CX Sales, Sales Cloud, or related modules
