7 years of experience in Sales Performance Management / Sales Incentive Compensation Strong understanding of Sales commissions, incentives, and bonus structures Crediting logic, quota-based plans, and performance measures Sales organization structures and hierarchies Experience working with incentive calculation runs, validation, and reconciliation. Ability to analyze incentive issues and explain calculation logic clearly to business users.
