cSPACE Projects is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead facility operations, administrative systems, tenant and lease administration, and operational readiness for cSPACE MARDA LOOP .

This is an upper-level management role within a small and entrepreneurial social-purpose organization. It is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands‑on: a strong systems thinker who can lead day‑to‑day operations while helping shape the systems, standards, and leadership capacity needed for cSPACE’s continued growth across multiple hubs and future facilities.
