The role of a

Network Operations Engineer

is responsible for the Day to Day availability of the production network which includes all aspects of the Data, Voice and Contact Center Services capabilities. The candidate will work closely with a mixture of Internal and External resources including Vendors/Partners to provide Level 2 support. The successful candidate will require extensive experience in multinational environments and with the specific technologies used to deliver the associated services. This is a technical position requiring both strong technical knowledge in conjunction with demonstration of ownership. Key functions include
