- Manage projects to help develop customer requirements and develop customer processes to work efficiently with the systems.
- Monitor the data accuracy and integrity in the MineStar and Caterpillar systems.
- Maintain a pro‑active approach to all aspects of operational and personal safety.
- Adhere and follow all the Mine Operator and Finning HSE policies and procedures.
- Actively work with the Operations/Maintenance Teams to ensure Safety Procedures are up to date, relevant, and practical for the MineStar and Caterpillar technology products.
- Interact with Implementation Project Managers, Technology Sales individuals, and technology technicians to help define and implement MineStar and Caterpillar technology systems.
- Support the site Technology Product Specialists and Autonomous Truck Engineers as required.
- Lessons learned as directed.
