Mining Technology Implementation Specialist

Position Overview Reporting to the Technology Support Manager, the Mining Technology Implementation Specialist will provide expertise and ongoing technical support to assist the support and operations teams and customers on the installation and operation of Caterpillar® Mining and Construction software and hardware technologies. The primary function is to provide ongoing technical support to end‑users and customers, mentor coworkers on the use and operation of Mining software and hardware technologies, plan and schedule and track progress to successful delivery on implementation timelines. The role works closely with Project Managers, Technology Technicians, Technology Specialists and customers to ensure completion of the planned work. They provide troubleshooting and implementation support of the software and hardware for Cat® Technologies including Command, Health, Fleet, Terrain, Site Aware, DSS, Trimble Heavy Civil technologies and possibly CUBIQ services.
