Middle Full Stack developer (remote in Brazil)

We are looking for a strong Middle Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js) with 3+ years of experience to join our Medplum direction and grow into a project team through a structured onboarding program.

You will start with an internal Medplum-focused bootcamp, followed by a hands‑on pet project, and then transition to one of our ongoing healthcare projects, where you will act as a technical consultant and contributor.

Requirements:

Must have:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js

Experience with at least one modern front‑end framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

Experience with AWS

Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

Nice to have:

Experience with AI tools and spec‑driven development

Experience with IaaS (AWS CDK, Terraform, or alternatives)

Experience with AI integrations

Experience in healthcare domain (FHIR, Medplum, etc.)
