Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Functional Lead

Position Description:

The Functional Lead will drive business process design and ensure successful implementation and demonstration of D solutions, with a focus on F&O, IOM, IV, and Dual-write-enabled processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Define and document business processes across F&O, IOM, and IV
• Lead workshops and translate requirements into functional designs
• Support and validate Dual-write business scenarios
• Prepare and support functional demos (order lifecycle, inventory tracking)
• Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 6-10 years of overall experience working with Microsoft Dynamics solutions
• Strong functional expertise in F&O (finance and supply chain)
• Experience with IOM workflows and orchestration rules
