Responsibilities:
  • Assemble complex components per assembly drawings and bill of material.
  • Perform functional testing on assemblies according to customer and/or division criteria.
  • Operate test equipment in compliance with engineering standards.
  • Set, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools.
  • Perform torquing of various components.
  • Distribute quality notifications.
  • Read and interpret assembly blueprints.
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot as necessary.
  • Accurately use measuring instruments.
  • Provide feedback about ease of assembly, fitment, and ergonomics of new designs.
  • Requirements:
  • Associates degree preferred with year of experience.
  • Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills.
