Opportunity Description
Position Summary
Product Design Engineer creates 3D models and bill of materials (BOMS) for projects with minimal supervision of Design Engineering Supervisor or Advanced Lead Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing during production and testing
- Work with minimal direction of Supervisor or Lead Advanced Engineer
- Complete general design tasks independently according to Supervisor program plan
- Work on projects of modeled scope and complexity
- Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and take action to resolve them
- Apply judgment within defined parameters
- Participate in group discussions and web meetings regarding projects
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering disciplines
