Material Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and program Integrated Project Teams (IPT), ensuring alignment of material strategies with program objectives.
• Develop, execute and manage the Material Program Strategy (MPS) and material program plan (MPP), driving program competitiveness and performance from inception through to contract closure.
• Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for internal gate process activities ensuring compliance with the Integrated Project Development Plan (IPDP) and tailoring as necessary to meet program requirements.
• Lead key activities including reporting, target setting, material forecasts, supplier management (e.g., Supplier Risk and Opportunity Management), evaluating material strategies, ensuring compliance with customer flow-through requirements such as Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), offsets, quality, and warranties...
