**Job Description**
This role involves working at the docks, efficiently loading and unloading trains and ships with steel coils. The position requires adept handling of materials and proficient operation of forklifts.
**Responsibilities**
Load and unload steel coils from trains and ships.
Operate forklifts and tow motors safely and efficiently.
Handle materials with precision and care.
Follow warehouse protocols and safety guidelines.
Support shipping and receiving operations.
**Essential Skills**
3+ years of material handling experience, particularly with steel.
Proficient operation of forklifts, including those used outdoors.
Tow Motor (counterbalance propane) certification.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Experience with mobile construction forklifts and crane operation.
Sit down forklift operation.
Knowledge in unloading processes and shipping & receiving.
ERP experience.
