Marketing Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team in Montreal. In this role, you’ll be at the center of delivering scalable, data‑driven customer communications across the full lifecycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud as our core marketing automation platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize email and in-app campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


• Develop and maintain automated customer journeys, triggers, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle campaigns.


• Partner closely with Marketing Automation Specialists, team leads, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support business and regional marketing goals.


• Own end‑to‑end campaign execution, including QA, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization.
