We are Ontario’s premier utility contractor and are ready to become Canada’s #1 utility construction provider. The Project Manager, Special Projects, is responsible for ensuring Aecon Utility Engineering supports the successful acquisition and tendering of various Major Projects with both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that we meet our commitments to those stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Establish customer relations and business opportunities as a representative of the Company

Proactively seek out new opportunities

Support Estimating as required - attend project specific technical and commercial meetings; review tender documents for technical requirements and ensure bid compliance; close tenders with Estimating leadership
