The manager is responsible for the planning, direction, organization and control of all operations, as well as management of the branch’s human resources, in collaboration with the pharmacist owner.
The manager performs the supply and marketing of the store so as to optimize the quality of the products and services requested by consumers. The manager motivates employees to provide exceptional customer service.
