         The opportunity Our GTA-based high-mix contract manufacturing client is hiring a Manager of Engineering, Product Development.

As a highly technical Engineer, you will apply mechanical design fundamentals and product development expertise to challenge design concepts, mentor the team, and play a critical role in delivering manufacturable and visually refined solutions.

Your expertise will guide teams through complex mechanical decisions, from evaluating design intent to shaping advanced sheet-metal, injection-moulded, and extrusion-based assemblies.

You will challenge assumptions, mentor engineers, and ensure every product achieves manufacturable, high-quality, and cosmetically refined results.

This is a chance to champion engineering best practices across Business Units, integrating DFMA principles and value engineering into all product development activities.
