- Managing resources and workloads to support the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Human Resources and Professional Development technology solutions.
- Leading the monitoring of solutions and overall system status.
- Reporting progress and status of system initiatives and projects as vital to ensure transparency and effective communication.
- Balancing and determining trade-offs between risks, features, costs, and timescales to maximize product return on investment.
- Understanding the high-level business requirements, processes, and workflows of each solution in the portfolio.
- Managing issues and risks, including development of contingency plans.
