Manager, Electrical & Control Engineering

JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Electrical & Control Engineering, is accountable to provide leadership and direction to results driven team(s) or function(s). The Manager is a part of the leadership group that is responsible to deliver SaskPower’s Generation Capital program. This includes a variety of projects at our existing generating stations and support for new generation projects as well. The Manager supports the creation of a positive, project-centered culture that strives to exceed expectations of our internal customers. As a member of SaskPower’s management team, this position is responsible to maximize the development, performance and engagement of staff, including directing work and providing regular performance feedback to ensure alignment with both departmental and corporate goals and objectives.
