Junior Controller

We’re hiring a Junior Controller to lead the financial function across Geller’s Design Build Landscape and Shelmerdine Garden Center. Reporting to the CEO and COO, this role is split evenly between both organizations and is responsible for leading the accounting team, driving financial strategy, and supporting leadership with high‑level insights and decision‑making.

This is a leadership position for someone who not only understands the numbers but knows how to use them to guide business growth, improve systems, and unlock efficiencies.
