• -Places prepared vacancies on recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc);
• -Works with paid site options to increase the flow of incoming candidates' resumes;
• -Complements candidate funnels with cold search,
• -Conducts screening of calls with candidates, initial discussion of vacancies.
• -Assigns executive interviews with successful candidates.

  To start you need:

• -Relevant work experience, ideally in an international IT startup;
• -It is desirable to have one of the specializations - IT developers / sales / marketing;
