IT Project Manager

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. Delegating the tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency. Ensure milestones are met on time. Assigning tasks to the right team members, checking on their progress, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard. Keep the project team focused on the end goal and communicate changes/impacts Communicate project status to stakeholders (internal Sodales and external client) and key project participants such as 3rd party vendors along with critical path items.
