Take on a leadership role as IT Engineering Manager at Affirm, working remotely in Canada. Manage endpoint engineering efforts while driving strategic initiatives for a seamless user experience.
Affirm's endpoint platform is looking for a leader with a rich background in IT engineering and proven management skills. In this position, you will enhance endpoint compliance, manage technical projects, and mentor a team. Your expertise in security, automation, and macOS management will support affirm’s broader company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team and coach engineers toward growth
• Maintain the roadmap aligning with company security priorities
• Implement change control and communication processes
• Evaluate new tools and make adoption recommendations
• Partner closely with security and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in endpoint or corporate IT engineering
• At least 2 years of formal technical leadership experience
