Tasks
Organize and supervise all psychosocial interventions, ensuring their quality and relevance in relation to the needs of women. Oversee the daily supervision of the team of social workers, provide advice, evaluate performance, and plan continuous training. Work closely with the executive director and management team to ensure the proper management and smooth operation of shelter services. Implement mechanisms for ongoing evaluation of intervention practices, and make adjustments as needed to meet the women’s needs more effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with various community, institutional, and local partners to provide holistic support to the women being assisted. Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with the organization's values, particularly the empowerment of women and safety. Perform any other related tasks as required.
