Reporting to the Director, Customer Service, the Internal Coordinator – Customer Service is responsible for the administrative and operational management of customer orders, from their entry to their production. In this role, you act as a liaison between customer service, planning, supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure data accuracy, information consistency, and smooth order processing.
