Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and tracking follow-up actions to support clear communication. Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to address project requirements, secure permits and approvals, and resolve emerging issues. Develop technical documentation and design information for regulatory submissions.
