Schedule: Day Shift (flexibility required to support operations)
Travel: Limited (local plant support)
As our next HR Manager , you will provide comprehensive Human Resources leadership and support to the Stratford plant and JETS facility. You will partner closely with plant and senior leadership to support operational objectives through workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives, while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and actively contributing to continuous improvement activities.
