HR Manager, TA Programs

We’re partnering with a large, well-established organization to hire a HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs . This is a high-impact leadership role focused on elevating and aligning Talent Acquisition across a complex North American business. This position will need to work full time out of the Edmonton, AB or Oakville, ON office. (If working out of Oakville, monthly travel to Edmonton will be required). 
You’ll step into an environment with strong foundations already in place. The focus is on driving consistency, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders  to move forward together. You’ll lead a growing team while working closely with senior leadership to enhance hiring practices, candidate experience, and employer brand.
