Head of Finance

The Head of Finance will serve as the strategic and operational leader for all financial functions, combining high-level strategy with hands-on oversight of accounting, treasury, and portfolio analytics. This role is responsible for capital formation, managing investor relationships, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. You will lead forecasting and modeling, refine credit and underwriting frameworks, and implement scalable systems to support a high-growth environment. Working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams, you will align financial insights with business decisions to drive profitability and expansion.
