Full-Time Bilingual Contract Analyst

Shape contract management at DCM as a Full-Time Bilingual Contract Analyst in Montreal or Brampton. This hybrid position allows you to utilize your contract expertise while contributing to a leading Canadian provider.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts in both English and French, ensuring compliance and consistency across all agreements. Your role will enhance stakeholder communication while supporting contract-related functions for the sales team and addressing RFPs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review various contracts including NDAs and Customer Engagement Letters
• Analyze and align responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Coordinate contract terms for both pre and post-bid tenders
• Build relationships for effective contract issue resolution
• Maintain and manage a contract intake system
