Opportunity Description
Manulife / John Hancock is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Agent Performance Management Configuration & Data Delivery Engineer to join our Insurance Licensing & Compensation engineering team. This hybrid role blends Enterprise APM functional configuration with hands‑on data engineering, feeds/extract development, and reporting.
The successful candidate will configure and enhance Enterprise APM components while also developing automated extracts, secure feeds, and enterprise‑grade reports consumed across Finance, Distribution, Operations, and other key business functions.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid from nearest office (3 days in Office, 2 days from Home); Remote working arrangement is not available.
