Role Summary: NearSource is seeking a Frontend Developer to drive the development of advanced UI systems for a construction intelligence platform. This role involves building high-performance, modular interfaces that respond to real-time project data and support complex user interactions within 3D-enabled environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable UI architectures using React and TypeScript
• Develop adaptive interface layers that respond to real-time construction workflows and user contexts
• Integrate frontend systems with WebGL-powered 3D viewers to enable spatial data interaction
