Financial Controller

Purpose: Demant Canada is seeking a Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for its Canadian operations. Reporting to the Head of Finance (Canada) and working closely with regional and global finance teams, the Controller will ensure strong financial governance, timely reporting, and compliance with IFRS, Canadian regulatory requirements, and Demant group policies.

This role is hands‑on and suits a technically strong finance leader who is comfortable operating in a multinational environment while partnering closely with local business leaders.

This is a hybrid role based out of North York.

Financial Reporting & Close

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for Canadian entities

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Demant Group policies

Deliver accurate, timely reporting packages to regional and global finance teams
