Field Services Engineer

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Respond to queries, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. In-person support is required as well as setting up desks.

Responsibilities

• Networking (knowing how to identify the type of equipment, configuration, etc.)
• Ticket logging.
• Final user interaction.
• Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance
• Handle site information management, monitoring and updating as needed whilst reporting health and safety incidents promptly
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries in ticketing system.
